Parking and EV chargers.

There is on street parking on Newtownards Road (subject to availability).

Our Off-street parking is at the back of the building at quiet Stonyford Street.

There is 1 parking space designated to each of Apartments.

-Access to EV charger is free, however you will be charged for electricity used according with the POWER NI actual rate. Electricity usage is checked at check-out on a submeter dedicated for EV charger. -Charging the EV from 3 pin sockets from our Apartment is not allowed.
